  4. What are the system requirements for accessing Qualifier.net?

    To access Qualifier.net, you must have a computer with Internet access and Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or higher, (preferred browser) or Netscape version 6.1 or higher. Java must be enabled on the browser. This product's performance is optimized when using Internet Explorer. It has been tested on Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP. Qualifier.net also works best with a 56K-baud rate or greater modem.

    You will also require a means of viewing multi-page .TIF images. The program, KODAKIMG.EXE is included with Windows 98 and later for this purpose. If KODAKIMG.EXE is not installed on your PC, contact your Help Desk or a technical consultant and request that KODAKIMG.EXE be installed on your computer. This program is used to view large State Disciplinary Action files.

  7. What happened to the HHA Search?

    As a result of changes to the surety bond requirement, Home Health Agencies are now verified in a manner similar to any other business entity.

  8. Where do I find my search results?

    Qualifier.net report results are delivered online. Results can be printed from our Results Manager page or saved as an .RTF or .HTML file. All report results are stored on the Results Manager page for up to 7 days.

  9. How current is the data in Qualifier.net?

    Each database in Qualifier.net is updated on a regular basis, depending on the individual source.

  10. I ordered a Felony Background Search. When can I have access to it?

    The average return time for a Felony Background Check is 5 to 10 days. The actual return time is dependant upon county restrictions, if any.

  11. Where can I find the Felony Background report?

    You can find your Felony Background Search by clicking the Results Manager button on the Menubar, and then clicking the Felony Background Checks tab. Your search, along with all appropriate identifying details, will be listed on this page. You can access your report when the word Available appears in the Status column.

  12. Can I print just one section of a report?

    Yes, when you click a hyperlink in an Executive Summary, you will be brought to that specific section in the report. To print just that section, hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse over the entire area you wish to print. Once the area is highlighted, release the mouse button, click File on the menubar, then click Print (or press Ctrl+P). Under the Paper range section of the Print menu, click the Selection option button, and then click the Print button.

  13. If I have a Supervisor's User ID, can I add new users to our account?

    Yes. Follow these steps:

    1. Click Administrative Services button on the Main Menu.
    2. Click the Add New User button.
    3. Type appropriate data in the data fields.
    4. Click the Submit New User button.

    Supervisors can also activate or deactive those users currently listed in the system.
